【摘要】：司法独立作为法治现代化、民主化的重要标志,已成为现代各国普遍承认的一项基本原则。现今,司法体制改革成为我国法治建设的主流,作为司法独立重要内容的审判独立,对司法公正和法治建设有着重要影响。聚焦我国审判体制,会发现我国在审判体制、审判组织以及在审判监督方面存在着不尽如人意之处,仍需要进一步完善审判体制,以实现审判体制的独立,从而为我国司法体制改革的顺利进行保驾护航。
[Abstract]:The independence of the judiciary as an important symbol of modernization, democratization, has become a basic principle generally recognized by modern countries. Nowadays, the reform of the judicial system has become the mainstream of China's legal construction, as an important part of the judicial independence judicial independence, has an important influence on judicial justice and the rule of law. China's judicial system will focus.
