法院文化建设的司法取向及其实现

【摘要】：人民法院是社会公众参与司法活动的中心场所,是传播法院文化、凝聚法治共识的核心场域。建设先进法院文化,需要进一步厘清法院文化概念,全面把握已经取得的成绩和存在问题,更加突出法院文化建设的司法价值取向和法官文化自觉,切实有针对性地加强法院文化结构要素的司法性,进而实现法院文化对内熏陶、对外布道的法治功能作用。
[Abstract]:The people's court is the center place of the public participation in judicial activities, the court is the spread of culture, the core field of cohesion consensus of the rule of law. The construction of advanced culture of the court, the court need to further clarify the concept of culture, has a comprehensive grasp of the achievements and existing problems, more prominent in the construction of court culture and judicial value orientation to judge cultural consciousness, and to strengthen the judicial court culture structure elements, and then realize the court culture of influence, rule of law function of foreign mission.
