【摘要】：正一、对虚假诉讼进行检察监督的实践作为国家的法律监督机关,检察机关对民事诉讼活动实行法律监督,既是宪法和法律赋予检察机关的一项重要职责,也是检察机关维护司法权威必须履行的一项义务。2012年修订后的《民事诉讼法》第十四条规定,"人民检察院有权对民事诉讼实行法律监督",确立了民事诉讼检察监督的基本原则。按照该原则精神,检察监督及于整个民事诉讼活动,监督对象自然也包括诉讼过
