服刑人员脱逃事件对我国监狱危机管理的启示

【摘要】：近年来,我国监狱服刑人员脱逃事件频发引起了社会公众的恐慌,凸显了监狱在突发事件危机管理中的处置不力,严重影响了我国监狱的声誉和警察队伍形象。因此必须从建立危机管理体系入手,强化危机意识,建立常设的专业危机管理机构,以提高监狱危机管理能力,实现危机管理水平的飞跃。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the frequent escape of prison inmates in our country has caused public panic, which highlights the ineffectiveness of the prison in the management of emergency crisis. It has seriously affected the reputation of our country's prisons and the image of the police force. Therefore, we must start with establishing the crisis management system, strengthen the crisis consciousness, and establish a permanent professional crisis management organization in order to improve the prison crisis management ability.
