【摘要】：正2010年年初,全国政法工作电视电话会议提出了推进三项重点工作的战略决策部署。随后,最高人民检察院出台文件,明确要求全国检察机关依托"大调解"工作体系,建立健全检调对接工作机制,在执法办案中有效化解社会各类矛盾纠纷。浙江省瑞安市检察院主动延伸检察职能,积极对接社会大调解体系,建立了较为完善的"检调对接"工作机
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 2010, the national teleconference of political and legal work put forward the strategic decision-making plan to promote the three key tasks.Subsequently, the Supreme people's Procuratorate issued documents explicitly requiring procuratorial organs throughout the country to rely on the work system of "Great Mediation" to establish and improve the mechanism of procuratorial and docking work, and to effectively resolve all kinds of social contradictions and disputes in handling cases of law enforcement.The procuratorate of Ruian City of Zhejiang Province has actively extended its procuratorial function, actively docked with the social mediation system, and established a relatively perfect work machine for "adjusting and docking".
