【摘要】：正完善司法责任制是党的十八届三中、四中全会部署的重要改革任务,是司法体制改革必须紧紧牵住的"牛鼻子"。最高人民检察院于2015年9月发布的《关于完善人民检察院司法责任制的若干意见》(以下简称《意见》)从健全司法办案组织及运行机制、健全检察委员会运行机制、明确检察人员职责权限、健全检察管理与监督机制、严格司法责任
[Abstract]:To improve the judicial responsibility system is an important task for the reform of the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen Central Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC. It is the "cattle nose" which must be held firmly in the reform of the judicial system. The opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on the improvement of the judicial responsibility system of the people's Procuratorate in September 2015 (hereinafter referred to as < opinion >) from the sound judicial case organization and the organization and We should perfect the operation mechanism of the procuratorial committee, clarify the duties and powers of procuratorial personnel, improve the mechanism of procuratorial management and supervision, and strictly enforce judicial responsibilities.
