英国皇家学会颁布法庭科学指南

【摘要】：正2017年11月22日,英国皇家学会网站颁布了2本科学证据指南,这是由英国的司法机构,英国皇家学会和爱丁堡皇家学会合作的项目~([1])。英国法院将陆续引入法官们容易理解的科学证据指南作为法官判断案件的工具。这个系列的前两本指南已经上线,包括DNA指纹识别技术以及监控中的印迹识别技术——法医DNA分析~([2])和法医步态分析~([3])。这两个指南的出台旨在帮助司法部门在法庭上处理法庭科学证据。
[Abstract]:On November 22, 2017, the Royal Society website published a guide to two undergraduate studies, a project by the UK judiciary, the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the Royal Society of Edinburgh ([1]). British courts will introduce scientific evidence guides that judges can easily understand as a tool for judges to judge cases. The first two guides to the series are now available, including DNA fingerprint identification and imprinting techniques in surveillance-forensic DNA analysis ([2]) and forensic gait analysis ([3]). The guidelines are designed to help the judiciary deal with forensic scientific evidence in court.
