【摘要】：重庆检察机关自2002年起以统一职务犯罪侦查机构改革为先导,以侦查一体化机制建设为核心,以提高整体作战能力为目标,从侦查指挥、线索管理、专案侦查、队伍管理、保障机制等方面探索构建具有重庆特色的职务犯罪侦查机制。重庆检察机关职务犯罪侦查机制探索具有创新性、系统性、可操作性特点。在发挥一体化机制作用、提高职务犯罪侦查水平和办案质量以及提升依法独立办案能力方面取得明显成效。重庆检察机关探索可以为检察机关强化职务犯罪侦查工作提供一种模式选择,也对检察机关依法独立行使检察权和刑事诉讼法的改革和完善有一定的启示。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, the procuratorial organs in Chongqing have been guided by the reform of the unified duty crime investigation organization, taking the construction of the investigation integration mechanism as the core, and taking the improvement of the overall combat capability as the goal, from the investigation command, the clue management, the ad hoc investigation, the troop management. Security mechanism and other aspects to explore the construction of Chongqing characteristics of duty crime investigation mechanism. The investigation mechanism of procuratorial organ duty crime in Chongqing is innovative, systematic and operable. Remarkable results have been achieved in bringing into play the role of integrated mechanism, improving the level and quality of investigation of job-related crimes and enhancing the ability to handle cases independently according to law. The exploration of procuratorial organs in Chongqing can provide a mode choice for procuratorial organs to strengthen the investigation of job-related crimes. It also has some enlightenment to the reform and perfection of procuratorial organs' independent exercise of procuratorial power and criminal procedure law according to law.
