【摘要】：正香港、澳门特区法庭高度透明的自由旁听,快捷规范的裁判文书公开,先进高效的科技法庭以及法院网站突出的诉讼服务功能等,释放出司法公开制度的"正能量",发挥着公开促公正、公开助民主、公开提公信、公开树权威的诸多功能。
