【摘要】：微博庭审直播为社会受众获取司法活动信息提供了极大便利,在一定程度上加大了司法公开的力度与幅度。与此同时,微博庭审直播是实现司法公信力的重要方式,并且保障司法公正得以实现。
[Abstract]:Weibo trial direct broadcast provides great convenience for the social audience to obtain judicial activity information, and to a certain extent increases the intensity and extent of judicial publicity.
