行贿犯罪档案查询中部分行贿人“漏网”问题应引起重视

【摘要】：正行贿犯罪档案查询,提高了行业管理和市场准入方的门槛,增大了行贿者的行贿成本,有助于行贿动机的化解,成为预防商业腐败的一种有效手段。但在目前的行贿犯罪档案查询系统中,有部分行贿单位或人员被排除在行贿档案查询的"黑名单"之外。行贿犯罪信息库"遗漏"掉部分行贿人,在司法实践中凸显出种种问题,应引起重视。一、部分行贿人"漏网"的三大原因
