日本公司治理:变革与启示

【摘要】：本文阐述了近年来日本由公司治理问题而引致的公司法修改问题,之后对日本公司的治理进行了论证,最后就日本公司治理变革的经验教训对中国企业法人化改革和公司治理问题的借鉴和启示做了必要分析。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the problems of corporate law revision caused by corporate governance in Japan in recent years, and then demonstrates the corporate governance in Japan. Finally, the author makes a necessary analysis on the lessons of Japanese corporate governance reform and corporate governance in China.
