【摘要】：作者从维护中国核心海洋权益的宗旨出发,以现代国际法为准绳,对于南海问题特别是与其相关联的南海大陆架划分、南海专属经济区认定、南海岛屿制度以及海域划界的法律问题,进行了系统的梳理、分析与研究,提出了处理南海争端的新建议。
[Abstract]:Starting from the purpose of safeguarding China's core maritime rights and interests and taking modern international law as the yardstick, the author regards the issue of the South China Sea, especially the division of the South China Sea continental shelf associated with it, as the exclusive economic zone of the South China Sea. The system of the South China Sea islands and the legal problems of the delimitation of the sea area are systematically combed, analyzed and studied, and some new suggestions for dealing with the disputes in the South China Sea are put forward.
