从妥协到融合:对可持续发展原则的批判与发展

【摘要】：可持续发展原则的提出开启了人类社会经济发展的生态化进程,但其实施中也暴露出了对抗、俘获与招安等许多不可持续的严重问题,其根源在于妥协的本质以及模糊的概念、宽泛的内涵、飘忽不定的价值取向与貌合神离的制度政策。现实的困境昭示了可持续发展原则升级换代的迫切需要。第二代可持续发展原则应实现从妥协到融合的理念革新,以生态中心主义为未来价值取向,实施发展模式的生态化转向,建立沟通融合的治理机制,并进行融合发展框架下的制度政策创新。
[Abstract]:The principle of sustainable development has opened the ecological process of human social and economic development, but its implementation has also exposed many serious and unsustainable problems, such as confrontation, capture and security, and so on. Its roots lie in the essence of compromise and the vague concept. The broad connotation, the erratic value orientation and the system policy of the appearance and separation. The predicament of reality shows the urgent need to upgrade the sustainable development principle. The second generation sustainable development principle should realize the innovation from compromise to integration. Taking ecocentrism as the future value orientation, implementing the ecological turn of development mode, establishing the governance mechanism of communication and integration, and carrying out institutional policy innovation under the framework of integration and development.
