保障外派船员权益的现实选择——以海事仲裁为中心的解决方案

【摘要】：外派船员对我国经济社会发展作出重要贡献,却成为权益最易受到侵害的群体之一。我国现有的法律体系并不能发挥应有的保护作用,影响到船员职业的整体健康发展。应探索建立以海事仲裁为中心的综合解决方案,解决这一难题。
[Abstract]:Expatriate crew members make important contributions to China's economic and social development, but become one of the most vulnerable groups. The existing legal system of our country can not play its proper protective role, which affects the healthy development of crew occupation as a whole. To solve this problem, we should explore a comprehensive solution centered on maritime arbitration.
