【摘要】：最新证据显示:北方长期大规模排放温室气体所引起的全球变暖正在富国与穷国、富人与穷人之间制造生存不平等和发展不公平。在此情形下,旨在确保国家间平等分享气候惠益并公平分担相关责任的气候正义正式生成。为了促进气候系统的正义之治,有必要创建三大国别性的气候指数,并在此基础上设计气候正义的实践模式,以在气候变化时代促进国家间和个人间的发展公平。
[Abstract]:New evidence shows that global warming caused by chronic and massive emissions of greenhouse gases in the North is creating survival inequalities and development inequities between rich and poor, rich and poor. In this case, climate justice is formally generated to ensure equal sharing of climate benefits among countries and fair sharing of related responsibilities. In order to promote the administration of justice in the climate system, it is necessary to create three national climate indices, and on this basis, to design a practical model of climate justice, in order to promote the development equity between countries and individuals in the climate change era.
