中越边境野生动物贸易和养殖状况调查

【摘要】：野生动物的贸易是生物多样性下降的主要原因之一,了解野生动物的市场需求和供给情况是探讨其保护和可持续利用的先决条件。为了解中越边境野生动物贸易及养殖现状,我们于2014~2015年,通过实地走访、向林业主管部门咨询及网络收集等方式,对中越边境两市两县的野生动物贸易和养殖状况进行了调查。共调查到贸易野生动物43种,包括兽类13种,两栖、爬行类10种,鸟类20种。42种涉及非法贸易,其中有15种属于国家Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级保护动物。共有14家具有一定规模的养殖场,仅有10种动物被驯养繁殖。当前中越边境的野生动物养殖业规模小、产品辐射范围窄,养殖和市场贸易的野生动物在种类、数量和功能上有很大的差距,表明当前的养殖业尚不能满足市场的需求。要实现野生动物的保护和可持续利用,需要加强产业引导和中越双边合作,从源头切断非法野生动物贸易。
[Abstract]:Trade in wildlife is one of the main reasons for the decline of biodiversity. Understanding the market demand and supply of wildlife is a prerequisite for its conservation and sustainable use. In order to understand the current situation of wildlife trade and culture along the border between China and Vietnam, we investigated the situation of wildlife trade and culture in the two counties of the border city of China and Vietnam from 2014 to 2015 by visiting the field, consulting the competent forestry department and collecting the network. A total of 43 species of wild animals, including 13 species of animals, 10 species of amphibians, 10 species of reptiles and 20 species of birds, were found to be involved in illegal trade. A total of 14 furniture has a certain scale of farms, only 10 species of animals are domesticated and propagated. At present, the scale of wildlife breeding in the border of China and Vietnam is small, the range of product radiation is narrow, and there is a big gap between the species, quantity and function of wild animals in breeding and market trade, which indicates that the current breeding industry can not meet the needs of the market. In order to realize the protection and sustainable use of wildlife, it is necessary to strengthen industrial guidance and bilateral cooperation between China and Vietnam to cut off the illegal wildlife trade from the source.
