绿色金融国际立法与借鉴

【摘要】：正20世纪70年代以来,对可持续经济增长模式的思考与研究得到全球关注,包括对绿色金融立法方面的实践,而《巴黎协定》的签订标志着全球经济生产开始向绿色、低碳、可持续转型。全面梳理美国、英国、德国和日本在环境保护和绿色金融方面的立法,可以为我国绿色金融的立法、实践和快速发展提供一些经验借鉴,为实现绿色低碳发展奠定法制基础。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, the thinking and research on sustainable economic growth model has received global attention, including the practice of green finance legislation, and the signing of the Paris Accord marks the beginning of global economic production to green, low-carbon, Sustainable transformation Comprehensively combing the legislation on environmental protection and green finance in the United States, Britain, Germany and Japan can provide some experience for the legislation, practice and rapid development of green finance in our country, and lay the legal foundation for realizing the green and low-carbon development.
