论中国对北极事务的参与:法律依据、现实条件和利益需求

【摘要】：伴随全球矿物资源的日渐枯竭和人类探索北极能力的提高以及全球变暖、北极地区冰盖逐渐消融,参与北极地区事务、利用北极地区东北航道与西北航道的法律和现实矛盾逐渐突出起来。研究中国参与北极事务、利用北极航道的法律条件、现实条件和相关经济、军事利益以及对于维护中国海外利益的重要性也日渐提升。本文的研究旨在推进国内对北极相关专业问题的整体研究,进而为维护中国的北极利益提供相应的理论参考。因此本文的研究兼具一定的理论价值和实践价值。文章最后对中国北极策略的相关建议,具有一定的创新性和参考意义,有助于中国未来在北极事务中的实践应用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual depletion of global mineral resources, the enhancement of human's ability to explore the Arctic and global warming, the Arctic ice sheet is gradually melting and participating in Arctic affairs. The contradiction between the law and reality of the North East Passage and the Northwest Passage is becoming more and more prominent. The study of China's participation in Arctic affairs, the use of the legal conditions, realistic conditions and related economy, military interests and the importance of safeguarding China's overseas interests are also increasing day by day. The purpose of this paper is to promote the overall study of Arctic related professional issues in China, and then to provide a theoretical reference for safeguarding China's Arctic interests. Therefore, the study of this paper has both theoretical and practical value. At the end of this paper, some suggestions on China's Arctic strategy are proposed, which are helpful to China's practical application in Arctic affairs in the future.
