崛起过程中的海外利益维护
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become the second largest economy in the world. With the departure of the road of peaceful rise, Chinese enterprises have stepped into the world, and the protection of overseas interests has become more and more prominent. Safeguarding overseas interests has become an inevitable choice for China. This paper attempts to provide some suggestions for strengthening the protection of overseas interests in the period of great rejuvenation. Through the analysis of the present situation of China's overseas interests, and on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign experience, it is proposed to follow international law, perfect domestic laws, establish an investment risk insurance system, and strengthen military mutual trust with interested countries. Strengthening social and cultural exchanges with other countries is an important strategy for our country to safeguard overseas interests and ensure peaceful rise.
