《服务贸易协定》介评

【摘要】：以欧美为主导的近50个国家(地区)于2013年开始了更高标准的服务贸易自由化的谈判,中国也于同年9月正式加入。从新《服务贸易协定》在美国国家战略中的地位、与WTO的关系处理等角度进行阐述,并分析对我国可能产生的影响,进而提出中国在此问题上应有的立场和应对措施。
[Abstract]:Nearly 50 countries, dominated by Europe and the United States, began negotiations on higher standards of liberalisation of trade in services in 2013, and China formally joined in September of the same year. From the point of view of the position of the new Agreement on Trade in Services in the national strategy of the United States and the relationship between the Agreement and the WTO, this paper analyzes the possible impact on China, and then puts forward China's due position and countermeasures on this issue.
