茶叶企业国际化过程中的法律风险研究

【摘要】:世界贸易组织为我国经济的发展注入了新的血液,越来越多的企业开始融入世界潮流,步入到国际化进程的发展行列中。茶叶企业也加入到国际化的队伍中,凭借良好的企业形象在国际市场站稳了脚跟,但是同时也置身于不可预见的法律风险中。本文以茶叶的国际化过程对法律风险进行了探索与研究,在论述了我国企业法律风险的特征后,又对茶叶企业国际化过程中的法律风险表现形式进行了分析,最后对茶叶企业国际化过程中法律风险规避措施进行了简要阐释。
[Abstract]:The World Trade Organization (WTO) has injected new blood into the economic development of our country, and more enterprises have begun to integrate into the world trend and step into the ranks of internationalization. Tea enterprises also join the international team, with a good corporate image in the international market, but also in the unpredictable legal risks. This paper explores and studies the legal risk in the process of the internationalization of tea. After discussing the characteristics of the legal risk of our country's enterprises, it also analyzes the manifestation of the legal risk in the process of internationalization of the tea enterprise. Finally, the legal risk avoidance measures in the process of internationalization of tea enterprises are briefly explained.
