金融危机下美国对华知识产权政策走向

【摘要】：正源于美国的金融危机在全球蔓延,许多国家因流动性紧张,内需不足导致贸易保护主义进一步抬头,各国纷纷采取关税壁垒、限制进口等措施限制外国商品自由进口。对于知识经济发达的国家,保护知识产权无论作为贸易保护的借口,还是增加本国企业在海外的收益,都是一个不错的选择。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis that originated in the United States is spreading around the world. Many countries have taken measures such as tariff barriers and restrictions on imports to restrict the free import of foreign goods because of the shortage of liquidity and insufficient domestic demand, which have led to the further rise of trade protectionism. For countries with developed knowledge economy, it is a good choice to protect intellectual property rights as an excuse for trade protection and to increase the income of domestic enterprises overseas.
