创作共用模式在我国数字图书馆建设中的适用性探析

【摘要】：创作共用模式在国外图书馆界已得到逐步推行并已取得明显效果,而在我国图书馆界尚处于理论探讨及实践探索阶段。创作共用模式在我国数字图书馆建设过程中将产生积极影响并具有一定的适用性,但是在现实应用过程中还需注意若干核心问题。此外,创作共用模式在我国数字图书馆建设中的应用还需切合我国《著作权法》、《合同法》的实际情况。
[Abstract]:Creative sharing model has been gradually implemented in foreign libraries and has achieved obvious results. But in our country the library circle is still in the stage of theoretical discussion and practical exploration. The creative common mode will have positive influence and certain applicability in the process of digital library construction in our country. In addition, the application of creative common mode in the construction of digital library in our country also needs to meet the actual situation of copyright Law and contract Law of our country.
