【摘要】：正现行《合同法》对格式合同制定了更加严格的解释和适用规则。无论形式如何变化,供用电合同都摆脱不掉格式合同的典型特征。为减轻格式条款带来的法律责任,供电企业应采取多种途径进行预防化解,妥善利用补充条款即是有效的方式之一。补充条款主要是为解决格式合同弊端而设置的空白条款,用户可在补充条款
