重庆川东:新形势下的民主管理实践

【摘要】：正企业民主管理是社会生产力发展的产物,是现代企业管理中协调生产关系的重要手段。当前,企业要面对社会主义市场经济条件下艰巨的改革、发展和稳定任务,要面对社会组织和社会生产方式的不断变化。加之近年来,国家规范国有企业管理,加强内部控制和风险防范;新《劳动合同法》的实施,劳动者的合法权益保障更加明确;薪酬制度的改革,职工薪酬福利待遇成为极为敏感的话题。以上新情况、新问题的出现,为企业党政工组织开展民主管理工作提出了新的挑战,重庆川东电力公司与时俱进、创新思路,对新形势下的民主管理工作进行了积极探索。
[Abstract]:The democratic management of enterprises is the product of the development of social productive forces and an important means of coordinating the relations of production in the management of modern enterprises. At present, enterprises have to face the arduous task of reform, development and stability under the conditions of socialist market economy. In addition, in recent years, the state has standardized the management of state-owned enterprises, strengthened internal control and risk prevention, the implementation of the new Labor contract Law, the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers more clearly; With the reform of compensation system, the compensation and welfare treatment of workers and staff has become a sensitive topic. The above new situation and the emergence of new problems have posed new challenges to the democratic management of enterprises' party and government organizations, and Chongqing East Sichuan Electric Power Company has kept pace with the times. Innovative thinking, under the new situation of democratic management has been actively explored.
