【摘要】：经过三十多年的不懈努力,我国在经济建设、社会发展方面取得了举世瞩目的成就,人民物质文化生活水平显著提高。然而,摆在我们面前的一个非常现实的问题就是,我国居民收入的分配差距越来越大,这不仅有碍共同富裕奋斗目标的实现,也成为建设社会主义和谐社会进程中的一个巨大的障碍。我国现阶段居民收入分配不公突出地表现在不同行业之间、地区之间、城乡居民之间、不同所有制之间收入差距过大,以及工资增长滞后于GDP增长。导致居民收入分配不公的原因是多方面的,既有经济方面的因素,也有社会体制方面的成因,还与现阶段法律制度不健全有关。为了扭转这一现象,我们在经济方面：要进一步提高经济发展水平,调整产业结构；在社会体制层面：要改革户籍制度,改变现有的城乡二元化管理模式,打破行业垄断格局,健全社会保障体系；在法制层面：应进一步完善税收法律制度,健全市场法律法规,严格执行《劳动合同法》,保护劳动者合法权益。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts, our country has made remarkable achievements in economic construction and social development, and the people's material and cultural living standards have improved significantly. However, a very realistic problem facing us is that. The gap in income distribution among Chinese residents is widening, which not only hinders the realization of the goal of common prosperity, It has also become a huge obstacle in the process of building a harmonious socialist society. At the present stage, the unfair distribution of residents' income in our country is manifested prominently in the income gap between different industries, between regions, between urban and rural residents, between different forms of ownership, and between different forms of ownership. And wage growth lags behind GDP growth. There are many reasons for the unfair distribution of income among residents, both in economic aspects and in social systems. In order to reverse this phenomenon, we should: further improve the level of economic development and readjust the industrial structure; at the social institutional level, we should reform the household registration system. To change the existing dual management mode of urban and rural areas, to break the monopoly pattern of the industry, to perfect the social security system, and to perfect the tax law system and the market laws and regulations, Strictly enforce the Labor contract Law and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
