C公司劳务派遣员工激励研究

【摘要】:2008年1月1日起施行的《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》着实将劳务派遣在我国的合法地位予以确立。通过该项政策法规给予了劳务派遣人员一定的维护自身权力的能力,并引导派遣及要派机构合情、合理、合法得使用劳务派遣用工模式。但是,取得发展的同时,由于劳务派遣引入国内的时间不长以及该用工模式的特殊性,在对劳务派遣员工的有效激励与管理问题上,成为了我国企业人力资源管理工作的难题之一。 C公司作为老牌国企在自来水生产运营上经验丰厚,但是如我国其他企业一样,其对于劳务派遣身份的抄表员管理上就存在着诸多不足,导致相应岗位人员的工作状态及产出极其不佳,甚至敢于违反内部规章制度,影响了企业的健康发展。本文对此现状加以剖析,指出该公司对于劳务派遣员工的激励上存在收入待遇低、工作压力大、职业发展差、不公平感高以及归属感几无的问题,由此结合经典激励理论,提出了相应的解决途径及办法。其内容包含:改善人员薪酬待遇、完善绩效考核办法、建立任职资格体系、健全职业生涯规划和提升人员的归属感。 通过研究优化方案,以实现C公司抄表员高涨的工作热情及执行力、出色的工作效率和企业忠诚度为目标,形成一支对企业稳定可靠的抄表员队伍,以期完善该公司人力资源激励与管理。

C company, as an old state-owned enterprise, has rich experience in running tap water, but like other enterprises in our country, There are many deficiencies in the management of the meter reader of the labor dispatch status, which leads to the extremely poor working status and output of the corresponding post personnel, and even dares to violate the internal rules and regulations, which affects the healthy development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the present situation and points out that the company has the problems of low income treatment, high work pressure, poor career development, high sense of unfairness and almost no sense of belonging in the incentive of labor dispatch employees, thus combining with the classical incentive theory. The corresponding solutions and methods are put forward. It includes: improving the salary and treatment of personnel, perfecting the method of performance appraisal, establishing the qualification system, perfecting the career planning and promoting the sense of belonging of the personnel. Through the research and optimization scheme, with the aim of realizing the high work enthusiasm and execution ability, excellent work efficiency and enterprise loyalty of the C company's meter reader, we can form a stable and reliable team of meter readers for the enterprise.
