【摘要】：日立电梯(中国)有限公司工会在公司党委和上级工会领导下,在公司行政管理层的大力支持下,认真贯彻《工会法》、《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》、《中华人民共和国中外合资经营企业法》、《企业工会工作条例》,认真履行合资公司工会的工作宗旨:"服务员工,当好职工利益的代表,促进企业和谐发展"和"维护职工合法权益、维护投资者利益";进一步加强企业工会建设,充分发挥企业工会作用;积极结合公司战略开展及企业的中心工作,选准角度,发挥特色,在激发员工热情、和谐劳动关系、开展全员劳动竞赛、提高员工素质、职工之家建设等方面进行了深入的探索和尝试。在为公司经营活动和员工的服务中,发挥了工会应有的作用。
