沈阳SJ人力资源公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:最近几年劳务派遣作为人力资源业务的一部分带动着整个人资行业迅速发展,市场经济快速发展对劳务派遣的相关需求大规模增加,以劳务派遣为主营业务的公司和各类组织机构如“雨后春笋”般成立起来。这两年更是呈现了“井喷”之势。因此,派遣公司间的竞争也越发激烈,同行业间的无序竞争、自相残杀以本伤人的现象更是时有发生。2008年《劳动合同法》颁布以来虽然对业界起到了一定的规范和警醒作用,但依然存在很多漏洞。例如法律规范不明确,后期监管不健全等,使得很多企业钻法律的空子。如果整个行业都如此经营发展,就会造成恶性循环,最终受损失的还是企业自身。因此,SJ公司针对目前的情况制定发展战略,力求创造利润,规范、长期发展。 本文运用了文献分析法及实证分析法。研读了国内外有关战略管理理论和竞争相关理论的书籍、期刊及文献。文章还对战略管理理论和有关竞争的战略理论进行了综合阐述。运用PEST、五力模型、SWOT等战略分析工具对沈阳SJ人力资源公司的内外环境做了具体分析。通过理论与实践的结合,寻找发现SJ公司面临战略管理困境的问题实质,并探求解决问题的方法。 本文将分六部分,重点内容分布在第三、四章中。第一章绪论部分主要阐述论文研究的背景、目的及意义等。第二章对本文所用的理论模型进行了详细的介绍。第三章对公司内部环境进行分析,通过公司现有资源以及内部能力进行了分析。外部环境通过PEST模型进行详细分析并找出SJ公司的优势例如服务和人脉,同时也分析了其劣势如员工年龄偏大,经营项目单一等。第四章运用SWOT矩阵为SJ公司选择了以WO为主SO为辅的发展战略,为SJ公司制定成为真正人力资源公司的发展方向,以及近5年内具体实现的目标,第五章制定了战略的实施方法以及实施过程中的控制。第六章提出结论,并指出文章中分析不到位之处及后续研究。 本文希望通过对SJ公司的研究为公司制定可行性发展战略,使公司能够迈进正规人力资源行业领域。同时也给行业内的仍然致力于派遣经营的企业提供一个参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, labor dispatch, as a part of human resource business, has driven the rapid development of the whole human capital industry. The market economy has developed rapidly and the related demand for labor dispatch has increased on a large scale. Labor dispatch as the main business companies and all kinds of organizations such as "bamboo shoots" set up. These two years are showing the trend of "well-blowout". As a result, competition among dispatch companies is becoming more and more intense, and disorderly competition among the same industries has occurred from time to time. Although since the promulgation of the Labor contract Law in 2008, it has played a role in regulating and alerting the industry to a certain extent. But there are still many loopholes. For example, legal norms are not clear, late supervision is not perfect, and so on, making many enterprises exploit legal gaps. If the entire industry is developed in this way, it will create a vicious circle, and the ultimate loss is the enterprise itself. Therefore, SJ formulates the development strategy according to the present situation, strives to create the profit, the standard, the long-term development. This article uses the literature analysis method and the empirical analysis method. Read books, periodicals and literature on strategic management theory and competition theory at home and abroad. The paper also expounds the theory of strategic management and the theory of competition. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Shenyang SJ Human Resources Company by using PEST, five Force Model, SWOT and other strategic analysis tools. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper seeks to find the essence of the problem of strategic management dilemma faced by SJ Company, and explores the solution to the problem. This paper will be divided into six parts, the main content is distributed in the third and fourth chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis. In the second chapter, the theoretical model used in this paper is introduced in detail. The third chapter analyzes the company's internal environment, through the company's existing resources and internal capabilities. The external environment is analyzed in detail through PEST model to find out the advantages of SJ Company such as service and personal connection. At the same time, it also analyzes its disadvantages such as the older employees, the single project, and so on. In chapter 4, SWOT matrix is used to select the development strategy with WO as the main SO, and the development direction to become a real human resource company for SJ company, and the goal to be realized in the past five years. The fifth chapter formulates the strategy implementation method and the control in the implementation process. Chapter six puts forward the conclusion, and points out that the analysis is not in place and the follow-up research. This paper hopes to establish a feasible development strategy for SJ Company, so that the company can enter the field of formal human resources industry. At the same time also to the industry is still committed to the dispatch of enterprises to provide a reference.
