【摘要】：正《劳动合同法(修正案)》(以下简称《修正案》)的出台并通过必将有力地推动劳务派遣用工的进一步规范。鉴于影响劳务派遣用工的因素复杂多样,也不排除该法实施后可能会出现一些新问题。本文将结合实地调研从正反两方面对法律修改后可能给劳务派遣用工带来的变化进行分析。一、《修正案》将促使目前劳务派遣用工数量有所减少1.《修正案》关于"三性"的规定,将迫使部分单位压缩一定的劳务派遣工使用规模。《修正案》进一步明确了"三性"的运用范围。规定劳务派遣"只能"在"三性"岗位上实施,并规定"临时

In view of the complexity and diversity of the factors affecting the labor dispatch, some new problems may appear after the implementation of the law.
