【摘要】:正《合同法》第二十三章对居间合同作了规定。在二手房交易中,大部分交易合同(买卖和租赁合同)是通过房地产经纪机构居间促成签订的,由此引发了大量追索居间报酬、必要费用等居间合同纠纷案件。如何正确审理此类案件,亟需明确一些热点、难点问题,笔者谨对此进行探析,以抛砖引玉。一、居间人收取居间报酬的条件应严格限定为"促成
