不让法律被误读——两起群体性劳动争议案件调解始末

【摘要】：正《劳动合同法》对终止劳动合同是否应支付经济补偿金的问题,作出了明确规定,但该规定在现实中时常被误读。前不久,在荆州市就发生两起因误读该规定而发生的集体纠纷,幸好在工会劳动争议调解中心的及时介入下,才定纷止争,避免了事态的扩大。误读之一H公司:终止劳动合同没有经济补偿金这天,H公司的两名女工秋某和蓉某来到荆州市总工会劳动争议调解中心,投诉公司无端侵害其合法权益,请求工会伸张正义。
[Abstract]:The Labor contract Law has made a clear stipulation on whether the termination of labor contract should be paid economic compensation, but this provision is often misread in reality. Not long ago, a collective dispute occurred in Jingzhou City where two causes were misinterpreted. Fortunately, with the timely intervention of the labor dispute mediation center of the trade union, disputes were settled and the situation was avoided. Misreading one of H Company: termination of labor contract there is no economic compensation this day, H company two female workers Qiu and Rong came to Jingzhou General Trade Union labor dispute mediation center, complained that the company unjustifiably infringed on its legitimate rights and interests, and asked the trade union to uphold justice.
