试论开展企业用人指导的对策

【摘要】:企业开展用人指导是一项不可或缺的工作,企业应该积极配合招聘工作,按照《劳动法》和《合同法》进行规范运作,依法保障毕业生以及员工合法权益,建立符合企业长久发展的用人制度。本文首先分析当前企业招工用人中存在的问题,尝试探索企业用人指导的实践应用对策
[Abstract]:It is an indispensable task for enterprises to conduct employment guidance. Enterprises should actively cooperate with recruitment work, operate in accordance with the Labor Law and the contract Law, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of graduates and employees in accordance with the law. Establish an employment system that conforms to the long-term development of the enterprise. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the recruitment and employment of enterprises, and tries to explore the practical and applied countermeasures for guiding the employment of enterprises.
