《劳工合同》翻译报告

　　当前,全球化的进展到达了史无前例的速度,各国之间的交流与交往也是呈上升趋势。在这样的大背景下,国际劳工合同也就随处可见。因此,劳工合同的翻译就显得尤为重要。本文是针对一份国际《劳工合同》的翻译报告。报告在分析源文本的语言特征和翻译难点的基础上,探讨了其具体翻译技巧的使用。源文本的语言特征主要是:大量语法结构复杂的长句、古词正式词和名词化现象;其中,句法层面的特征最为明显。源文本的翻译难点体现在:如何在精准性、连贯性、以及与目标语的表达习惯相一致等方面实现满意的译文。为此,在翻译实践中,主要采用了转换法、分译法、语序转换法以及综合法等翻译技巧。
