论德国功能翻译理论指导下的商务合同的汉译

　　随着我国市场经济的不断发展和改革丌放的不断深入,尤其是中国加入WTO以来,对外经济贸易往来日益频繁,保证商务活动得以顺利进行的媒介——商务合同的签订则显得必不可少。因此商务合同翻译质量的高低尤为重要。对外贸易的发展使得研究商务英语的学者日渐增多,但将商务合同的研究作为专门研究对象的学者少之又少。在这些仅有的研究著作或文章中,有从文体学角度进行研究的,也有从系统功能语法视角进行研究的。他们都从不同的方面提出了许多有指导性的翻译方法和翻译策略。本文从德国功能翻译理论的视角出发,旨在探讨该理论指导下的商务合同的汉译。与其他相关的文章不同的是文章以商务合同中的一种——采购合同作为基本研究对象,通过对其从词汇、句法和文体三方面的分析概括出商务合同的特点,然后分别从宏观和微观两个角度详细阐明德国功能翻译理论中的核心理论。最后将此理论应用于商务合同的翻译,从而总结出商务合同的翻译过程和翻译策略。本文主要运用比较分析法和实例分析法进行分析研究,希望能对此领域的翻译做出贡献。
