究程式化序列与国际商务合同汉译研究

　　随着改革开放的深入,中国逐渐融入到世界经济大潮中。各行各业对外经济交往和合作越来越频繁。在涉外经贸合作交往过程中,双方在通过谈判或函电协商达成协议后,还需要另行签订正式的书面文件---合同。作为商务领域一种重要的沟通方式之一,商务合同在企业的日常运营中愈来愈显示出其重要性。而合同书写和翻译的好坏直接关系到双方合作的成败,因此,对国际商务合同的精确翻译显得尤为重要。区别于众多基于西方翻译理论对商务合同翻译策略和方法的研究,本文尝试从程式化序列的视角出发,结合国际商务合同的文体特点,对国际商务合同汉译进行探讨。希望能够减轻译者负担,在提高翻译效率的同时,进一步提高商务合同翻译的准确性和规范性。本文共分为五部分。第一部分介绍国际商务合同翻译的重要性及存在的问题,指出提高商务合同翻译的准确性和规范性迫在眉睫。第二部分从认知心理学的角度出发,对程式化序列做一个简单的介绍,包括定义、特征、分类及其主要观点,为本项研究提供理论支撑。第三部分分别从宏观方面（定义、种类和结构）和微观方面（词汇、句法和语篇）分析了国际商务合同的特征,指出程式化序列与商务合同汉译结合的可能性。第四部分针对国际商务合同特殊的...
