德国功能目的论观照下的国际贸易合同翻译的研究

国际贸易合同作为一种特殊的法律样式,正随着经济全球化,发挥着越来越大的作用,此时研究国际贸易合同翻译具有举足轻重的意义。然而,涉及国际贸易合同翻译的研究多注重结构、语言及选词等微观层面的处理,强调微观层面上的对等,而未从宏观上对合同文本功能及翻译目的的实现给予足够的关注。本文以国际贸易的英汉翻译为研究对象,以功能目的论为主要理论框架,结合国际贸易合同的语言特点,拟探寻国际贸易合同翻译的特点及在功能目的论的指导下可能采用的翻译策略,最后本文也探讨了在这一理论指导下对国际贸易合同译本的质量评价。就国际贸易合同翻译译本而言,其目标或功能与源语文本完全相同,译本的理想境界是将原语这写入文本的意图准确无误地传达给目的语的读者。把原语中所有信息从质到量从语言到风格都精确而充分地传达出来,使译语信息与源语文本的信息高度一致,从而使目标语与原语起到尽可能相同的功能,起到与原文本尽可能相同的法律效力。另外,也鉴于国际贸易合同这样一种特殊的法律文本的语言方面的特殊性,翻译国际贸易合同时,不仅要以原文为依据,更要以原文为模板,亦步亦趋,力图使译本跟原文本在内容和形式上高度统一。所采用的翻译策略应该是:“文献...
