汉英合同文本中词汇复现的对比研究

　　词汇复现是词汇衔接的重要组成部分,是实现语篇连贯的重要手段。从二十世纪六十年代起,衔接理论就一直受到语言学界和翻译界的关注。众多语言学家已对语篇衔接理论进行研究,并力图找出衔接与连贯的关系及其在语篇生成中的地位。其中最为著名的是澳大利亚的韩礼德和哈桑(1976),英国候义(1991),以及中国的胡壮麟(1994),朱永生(2001),廖秋忠(1992)。然而,国内外对衔接理论中词汇衔接中的词汇复现描述得不多,尤其是在翻译过程中,如何把握和运用衔接手段方面的讨论还显得不够,对于在法律文本中汉英词汇衔接手段的差异及其翻译策略的研究同样显得不够系统和完善。 鉴于此,本文综合了韩礼德、哈桑、候义和胡壮麟的衔接理论基础,将词汇衔接中的词汇复现分为重复词复现、同义词/近义词复现、上下义词复现和反义词复现四种。这四种复现在汉英合同翻译中有不同的运用。本文试图通过大量的语料对比,综合语言学理论、对比语言学理论、法律语言学以及翻译理论,探讨汉英合同翻译中词汇复现的差异,通过具体的汉英合同对比分析,探究汉英合同翻译中词汇复现差异的文体因素和文化因素。并在此基础上,提出了汉英合同翻译中词汇复现的翻译策略,以...
