西藏地区藏族婚姻习惯法调查研究报告

【摘要】：本篇调查报告主要是通过去西藏实地考察,走访当地居民以及通过调查问卷的方式,在阅读大量的有关藏族婚姻习惯法的中外文献资料的基础上,在前人和学者的研究成果的指导下,阐述以西藏地区为考察地点的藏族婚姻习惯法从古至今的形成和发展过程,藏族婚姻习惯法的主要内容、藏族婚姻习惯法的主要特色、藏族婚姻习惯法与《中华人民共和国婚姻法》的冲突、以及如何正确协调藏族婚姻习惯法和我国婚姻法的建议和对策,最后写出调查报告。
[Abstract]:This report is mainly through field trips to Tibet, visited the local residents and the way through the questionnaire, based on reading a lot of the Tibetan Customary Law on marriage of Chinese and foreign literature, the results of previous studies and scholars under the guidance of this area in the Tibet Tibetan Customary Law of marriage place from ancient times to the present. The process of formation and development, the main contents of Tibetan Customary Law of marriage, the main characteristics of Tibetan Customary Law of marriage, conflict of Tibetan Customary Law of marriage and marriage law > < People's Republic of China, and how to correctly coordinate the Tibetan Customary Law of marriage and the marriage law of our country, the suggestions and countermeasures, finally write the report.
