泰国司法审判体制研究

【摘要】：泰国作为我国的邻国和东盟的成员国之一,是我国企业在东盟诸国中首选的投资国。对泰国司法审判制度的产生和建立的基础、司法审判体制的结构体系和泰国司法审判体制的渊源、现状和特色的总结分析,对泰国多法域问题的研究,特别是对泰国多法域问题成因的透视,以及对多法域问题社会现实体现形式的提炼和泰国多法域问题解决方法的展望,有着极其重要的现实意义和理论参考价值。
[Abstract]:As a neighbor of China and a member of ASEAN, Thailand is the preferred investor of Chinese enterprises in ASEAN countries.A summary and analysis of the origin, current situation and characteristics of Thailand's judicial system, the foundation of its emergence and establishment, the structural system of judicial trial system and the Thai judicial system, and the study on the problems of Thailand's multi-jurisdiction,In particular, the perspective of the causes of the multi-jurisdiction problem in Thailand, the refinement of the embodiment of the social reality of the multi-jurisdiction problem and the prospect of the solution of the multi-jurisdiction problem in Thailand have extremely important practical significance and theoretical reference value.
