婚姻法视角下解放区文学中的女性形象研究

【摘要】:近年来,解放区文学研究一直呈发展态势,大多数论文从政治、历史、女性、审美等角度入手,完成对解放区文学的多样解读。但从婚姻法角度研究解放区文学中女性形象的论文并不多见。文学作品中的女性形象是时代产物,因而文学中女性形象的研究不能孤立于历史环境。婚姻法是规定婚姻家庭关系的法律规范总和,其作为社会制度,制约着文学中女性形象的塑造。首先,解放区文学在女性形象的塑造上深受意识形态影响。由于集体创作的频繁发生与意识形态的多次干预,解放区文学中的女性形象呈现出类化(同质化)的特征。有人认为,这是解放区文学女性形象的文学遗憾。但从婚姻法角度看,类化的女性形象是婚姻法以“政治正确”的形式介入文学,促使女性形象夺取伦理之“正”的必然结果。也就是说,解放区文学中的女性形象通过类化的方式完成了中国文化上的正名过程。再者,从婚姻法入手,解放区文学中的女性形象具有“开智”与“启蒙”的作用,这与五四时期新文学中的人物形象颇为相似。简单地说,在解放区尚未建立起公共舆论的时候,解放区文学中的女性形象在妇女解放问题上承担着新闻舆论与科普宣传的角色。最后,解放区婚姻法给予解放区女性“男女平等”、“婚姻自由”等权利,然而换个角度看,那些被动获得权利的女性却在这场外力推动的解放中失去了自身的文化性别与表述。她们隐藏在国族之下,在“平权”的美梦中,再次成为男权文化的牺牲者。于是,独立的女性群体在挣脱了“传统”枷锁后,又失去了自身的性别文化特征。不难发现,在解放区时期,现实动因与文学想象之间存在着巨大的鸿沟,女性解放在意识形态的推动下成为一种国族革命的附着。于是,为了顺利地完成革命,现实的复杂性被文学一厢情愿的简单化,女性反而在其间错失了性别自觉的可能。于是,解放区时期的女性与文学中的女性形象之间构成一种对话关系,它促使解放区文学中的女性形象突破意识形态的围剿,反映出现实动因与文学想象、女性解放与意识形态间的矛盾与困惑。当然,现实的复杂性与意识形态的“急功近利”在某种程度上促使解放区文学中的女性形象被“定格”在过去。这些在女性形象价值观念上的“过去”回归显然与国族或阶级革命的争夺无关。然而这些价值观念却恰是女性性别解放的真正内涵。解放区文学中的女性形象因而以简单化的姿态完成对现实复杂性的诠释,女性解放也因此在意识形态的强制干预下沦为革命的符号。因此,本文从婚姻法视角出发,以解放区文学中的女性形象为研究对象,探索解放区文学中女性形象的社会价值和文化意义。绪论部分介绍了选题缘起与研究意义,介绍了国内外法律视角下文学研究的现状,界定了文章涉及的相关概念,介绍了研究方法与写作思路。第一章阐释了婚姻制度与文学中女性形象的变迁,从历史的角度探讨了婚姻法视角下文学中的女性形象。第二章意图从解放区婚姻法入手,将解放区文学中的女性形象进行系列化研究,从而探讨掩藏在女性形象类化背后的女性问题。同时,第二章也将婚姻法视角下女性形象的塑造特点进行了总结与提炼。第三章主要从婚姻法视角入手,对解放区文学中的女性形象完成价值重估与反思。结语部分总结了研究结果并提出了本文的写作不足。总的说来,以婚姻法视角研究解放区文学中的女性形象,厘清了解放区婚姻法作为社会制度对文学中女性形象塑造的影响,揭示出解放区文学在女性形象塑造上的启蒙价值与文化意义,分析出掩藏在文学文本之下女性问题的历史局限。简言之,婚姻法视角的介入,重新定位了解放区文学中女性形象的文学史价值和社会文化价值,其所呈现出的女性问题,早已超越时代的局限成为当今依旧延续的社会问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the study of Jiefang District literature has been developing. Most of the papers have completed various interpretations of Jiefang District literature from the perspectives of politics, history, women and aesthetics. However, there are few papers on the study of the female images in Jiefang District literature from the angle of marriage law. The female image in literary works is the product of the times, so the women in literature are the female. The study of sexual image can not be isolated from the historical environment. Marriage law is the sum of legal norms that stipulate the relationship between marriage and family. As a social system, it restricts the creation of female images in literature. First, Jiefang District literature is deeply influenced by ideology in the molding of female images. The female image in Jiefang District literature shows the characteristics of the category (homogeneity). Some people think that this is the literary regret of the female image of Jiefang District literature. But from the angle of marriage law, the feminine image is the inevitable result of the marriage law intervening literature in the form of "political correctness" and promoting the "positive" of the female image to take the ethics. That is to say, the female image in Jiefang District literature has completed the process of Chinese culture by the way of classification. Furthermore, from the marriage law, the female image in Jiefang District literature has the role of "opening wisdom" and "Enlightenment", which is quite similar to the human and material image in the new literature of the 54 period. In a simple way, it has not yet been found in Jiefang District. When the public opinion is established, the female image in Jiefang District literature bears the role of news public opinion and popularization of popular science on the issue of women's liberation. Finally, the marriage law of Jiefang District gives the rights of "equality between men and women" and "freedom of marriage" for the women of Jiefang District. In other words, those women who are passively acquired rights are in this field. In the liberation of the force, they lost their own cultural sex and expression. They were hidden under the national family and became the victims of the patriarchal culture again in the "peace" dream. Therefore, the independent female groups lost their own gender cultural characteristics after breaking the "traditional" yoke. It is not difficult to find that in the period of Jiefang District, the reality moves. There is a huge gap between the imagination and the literary imagination, and the emancipation of women is attached to the revolution of the nation under the impetus of ideology. In order to successfully complete the revolution, the complexity of the reality is simplified by the wishful thinking of literature, and women have missed the possibility of gender consciousness in the meantime. So, women and articles in Jiefang District period The female image in the study constitutes a dialogue relationship, which promotes the female image in the Jiefang District literature to break through the ideological encirclement and suppression, reflecting the reality and literary imagination, the contradiction and confusion between the feminine liberation and the ideology. Of course, the reality of complexity and the consciousness form of "quick success and short profit" to some extent emancipate them. The female images in the district literature are "fixed" in the past. These "past" regression in the female image values are obviously not related to the struggle for the national or class revolution. However, these values are exactly the true connotation of women's gender emancipation. The female image in Jiefang District literature completes the reality with a simple gesture. In the interpretation of complexity, women's liberation is also reduced to a symbol of revolution under the compulsory intervention of ideology. Therefore, this article, starting from the perspective of marriage law, takes the female image in Jiefang District literature as the research object to explore the social and cultural significance of the female image in Jiefang District literature. The introduction part introduces the origin and research meaning of the topic. It introduces the present situation of literature research under the legal perspective at home and abroad, defines the related concepts involved in the article, introduces the research methods and ideas of writing. The first chapter explains the changes in the marriage system and the female image in literature, and discusses the female image in the perspective of marriage law from the historical perspective. The second chapter is intended to marry from Jiefang District. The marriage law begins with a series of studies on the female image in Jiefang District literature, thus discussing the female problems hidden behind the feminine image. At the same time, the second chapter also summarizes and refines the characteristics of the female image in the perspective of marriage law. The third chapter is mainly from the perspective of marriage law and the female form in the literature of Jiefang District. The concluding part summarizes the results of the study and puts forward the lack of writing in this article. In general, it studies the female image in Jiefang District literature from the perspective of marriage law, and clarifies the impact of the Jiefang District marriage law as a social system in the creation of the female image in the literature, and reveals that the Jiefang District literature is portrayal of the female image. On the enlightenment value and cultural significance, this paper analyzes the historical limitations of the female problem hidden under the literary text. In brief, the intervention of the marriage law has repositioned the literary history value and social cultural value of the female image in Jiefang District literature, and the feminine questions which it presents have long gone beyond the limitations of the times and are still extended today. A continued social problem.
