樟木头镇婚姻登记综合管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：随着民政部加大全国婚姻登记信息化建设的要求,建设婚姻登记信息平台已成为婚姻登记管理水平高的一个重要体现,尤其在《婚姻法》新规出台后,随着社会公众对婚姻登记管理的要求越来越高,加快建设快捷、高效、便民的婚姻登记管理系统成为当务之急。本文以樟木头镇婚姻登记综合管理系统为研究对象,介绍了建设管理系统的项目背景、研究意义和重要性,阐述了论文研究的内容和主要工作；采用软件工程面向对象的方法,对系统进行了详细的需求分析。在业务分析中,对业务进行描述,采用流程图分析了原有的业务流程,并在此基础上,给出了婚姻业务预约、婚姻业务办理、婚姻信息综合管理、婚姻财务管理、档案管理、基础信息管理和系统管理的优化业务流程；在功能分析中,对系统功能进行分析,采用用例图、包图对系统的婚姻业务预约、婚姻业务办理、婚姻信息综合管理、婚姻财务管理、档案管理、基础信息管理、系统管理等各功能进行分析;在数据分析中,采用控制类关系图、缩略类图对系统各功能需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出实体类关系图,建立了数据库表；最后,对管理系统所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。樟木头镇婚姻登记综合管理系统集婚姻预约、婚姻登记、财务管理、档案管理以及婚姻管理于一体。它采用信息化技术,在各个环节提高登记效率,提升婚姻管理水平,从而有效提升服务水平,满足社会各界对婚姻登记管理工作的要求。
[Abstract]:With the Ministry of Civil Affairs increasing the requirements of the national marriage registration information construction, building a marriage registration information platform has become an important embodiment of the high level of marriage registration management, especially after the promulgation of the new regulations of the Marriage Law. With the increasing demands of the public on marriage registration management, it is urgent to speed up the construction of a fast, efficient and convenient marriage registration management system. This paper takes the comprehensive management system of marriage registration in Zhangmutou Town as the research object, introduces the project background, significance and importance of the construction management system, expounds the content and main work of the paper, and adopts the object-oriented method of software engineering. The system is analyzed in detail. In the business analysis, the business is described, and the flow chart is used to analyze the original business process. On this basis, the marriage business appointment, marriage business management, marriage information comprehensive management, marriage financial management, file management are given. In the function analysis, the system function is analyzed, the use case diagram, the package diagram is used to make the marriage business reservation, the marriage business processing, the marriage information comprehensive management, In the data analysis, the control class relation diagram and the abbreviated class diagram are used to analyze the data needed to be processed by each function of the system, such as marriage financial management, file management, basic information management, system management and so on. Finally, the research and analysis work of the management system is summarized, and the further work is prospected. The comprehensive management system of marriage registration in Zhangmutou Town integrates marriage booking, marriage registration, financial management, file management and marriage management. It adopts information technology to improve the efficiency of registration and the level of marriage management in every link so as to effectively improve the level of service and meet the requirements of all circles of society for the management of marriage registration.
