民族婚姻法学理论研究的力作——《滇西南边疆少数民族婚姻家庭制度与法的研究》评介

But there are very few academic works really studied from the angle of social system and legal system. Published by the Law Publishing House and co-authored by the late famous jurist Professor Yang Huaiying the study on the Marriage and Family system and the Law of Minority nationalities in the Southwest Yunnan Frontier takes the lead in the theoretical exploration of the above-mentioned problems in the field of law.
