【摘要】：经济法作为社会主义市场经济法律规范体系中的重要组成部分,在依法治国的时代背景下,理应肩负起历史使命,充分发挥经济法在法治政府、法治社会、法治国家建设中的作用,本文以依法治国战略思想作为论述背景,深入探讨了经济法在当下的时代使命,如经济法是国家应对经济危机的利器;是弥补民法不足的最佳选择;是维护社会稳定的重要保障;是法治政府依法管理经济活动的法律依据等。通过论述以图释明经济法的职责所在,并在程度时代使命的同时,实现自身的进步与发展。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the legal norm system of the socialist market economy, the economic law should shoulder the historical mission and give full play to the rule of law in the government under the rule of law and the society ruled by law under the background of governing the country by law. The function in the construction of a country ruled by law, this article takes the strategic thought of ruling the country by law as the background, and probes into the mission of the economic law in the present era, such as the economic law is the sharp weapon for the country to deal with the economic crisis; It is the best choice to make up the deficiency of civil law; It is an important guarantee to maintain social stability; It is the legal basis for the government under the rule of law to manage economic activities according to law. By expounding the duty of economic law by means of illustrating it, and realizing its own progress and development at the same time of the mission of the times.
