【摘要】：正万科控制权之争愈演愈烈,各方不断利用法律的空隙博弈。此间,宝能系高杠杆收购万科股权的资金来源问题引发关注,一致行动人钜盛华的九个资管计划则被举报涉嫌违规,"表决权"成为争议的关键。那么,用万能险账户购买股票的表决权属于前海人寿吗?钜盛华九大资管计划,又是否拥有表决权呢?
[Abstract]:The dispute over the control of Zhengvanke has become increasingly fierce, and various parties have been making use of the gap in the law. Here, the issue of the source of funds for Baoneng's highly leveraged acquisition of Vanke's equity has aroused concern. Concerted action giant Shenghua's nine capital management plans were reported as alleged violations, and "voting rights" became the key to the dispute. So, does the right to buy shares in a universal insurance account belong to Qianhai Life Insurance? Does the Nine Giants Management Scheme have the right to vote?
