【摘要】:正随着"互联网+"时代的到来,网络招聘平台已成为当下企业与求职者互通的重要桥梁。然而,近日媒体却曝出诸多网络招聘平台乱象,令人们对网络招聘信息的真实性打上了大大的问号!原来,一些不法分子利用求职者求职心切,以正规企业的名号为幌子,骗取求职者缴纳各种应聘费用、扣押求职者证件(如窃取求职者个人信息用于非法用途),或者用工却迟迟不签订劳动合同……正是由于其监管不力,无形中纵容了虚假招聘信息在网络招聘平台上的肆虐。因此,从平台审核的角度对网络招聘信息来源进行从严把关,已势在必行。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the "Internet" era, the online recruitment platform has become an important bridge between enterprises and job seekers. However, recently the media has exposed the chaos of many online recruitment platforms. So that people on the network recruitment information on the authenticity of a big question mark! It turned out that some lawless elements used job seekers to apply for jobs intensely, under the guise of the names of formal enterprises, to defraud job seekers to pay all kinds of application fees. The seizure of job seekers' documents (such as stealing personal information from job seekers for illegal purposes, or delays in signing labor contracts) is precisely because of their weak supervision, which invisibly connives at the rampant use of false recruitment information on online recruitment platforms. From the angle of platform audit, it is imperative to strictly check the network recruitment information sources.
