医疗领域商业贿赂的原因及其治理研究

【摘要】：商业贿赂是我国商品经济高速发展过程中,出现的一种非正常现象。而医疗领域的商业贿赂作为商业贿赂的一种表现形式,其存在本身加剧了看病贵、看病难的这一现状,严重地损害了广大人民群众的利益。虽然现行法律对医疗方面的商业贿赂行为有所规范和制裁,但还不够全面和完善,如何有效治理医疗方面的商业贿赂已经受到社会各方广泛关注。文章通过案例对医疗领域存在的商业贿赂问题进行分析并提出了相应的治理机制。
[Abstract]:Commercial bribery is an abnormal phenomenon in the rapid development of commodity economy in our country. As a manifestation of commercial bribery, the existence of commercial bribery in medical field has aggravated the current situation that medical treatment is expensive and difficult. It has seriously damaged the interests of the broad masses of the people. Although the current law regulates and punishes commercial bribery in the medical field, it is not comprehensive and perfect enough. How to effectively deal with commercial bribery in medical treatment has been paid more and more attention. This paper analyzes the problem of commercial bribery in medical field through cases and puts forward the corresponding governance mechanism.
