法律传播限制性分析——以新版广告法传播为例

【摘要】:正法律是重要的国家公器,是维护政权稳定、社会长治久安和民众生活规范有序的手段和保障。民主、法治社会的显著特征是人人知法、守法,并具有浓郁的法治氛围。诚然,这些都依赖于旷日持久的法律传播和法制教育。在媒体业高度发达,尤其是借助互联网传播手段而方兴未艾的新媒体主宰受众视听的当下,我国的法律传播并没有达到理想的效果。下面,笔者结合新版广告法颁布施行一年后传播效果的实际调查,对制约法律传播的因素进行分析。
[Abstract]:The law is an important national instrument and a means and guarantee to maintain the stability of political power, social stability and the standard and order of people's life. The remarkable characteristic of democracy and rule by law society is that everyone knows the law, obeys the law, and has a strong atmosphere of rule of law. To be sure, these all depend on the long-lasting dissemination of laws and legal education. At a time when the media industry is highly developed, especially the new media dominates the audience with the help of the Internet communication means, the legal communication in our country has not achieved the ideal effect. Next, the author analyzes the factors restricting the dissemination of law by investigating the effect of communication after the promulgation and implementation of the new advertising law one year later.
