【摘要】：正2016/11/1新浪地产近日,全国有多个城市针对房产中介违规行为进行集中执法检查,一批房产中介公司因为存在违法违规行为而受到查处。作为买卖双方"润滑剂"的房产中介,一直以来麻烦缠身无法树立正面的社会形象,这与行业自律不够等多方面因素有着很大的关系。但随着政府加大对行业的监管力度,未来房产中介行业有望走上健康发展的道路。易居智库研究总监严跃对于捂盘惜售行为,目前虽然有所规范,但是公众普遍担忧,一旦查处变得宽松,这一违规行为还会卷土重来。所以在政策上应明确,不准调高已领取预售证楼
