微关注——地产中介乱象丛生

【摘要】:正2016/11/1新浪地产近日,全国有多个城市针对房产中介违规行为进行集中执法检查,一批房产中介公司因为存在违法违规行为而受到查处。作为买卖双方"润滑剂"的房产中介,一直以来麻烦缠身无法树立正面的社会形象,这与行业自律不够等多方面因素有着很大的关系。但随着政府加大对行业的监管力度,未来房产中介行业有望走上健康发展的道路。易居智库研究总监严跃对于捂盘惜售行为,目前虽然有所规范,但是公众普遍担忧,一旦查处变得宽松,这一违规行为还会卷土重来。所以在政策上应明确,不准调高已领取预售证楼
[Abstract]:In 2016-11-1 Sina Real Estate recently, a number of cities across the country to conduct centralized law enforcement inspection of property intermediary violations, a number of real estate intermediary companies for the existence of illegal acts and been investigated. As a "lubricant" between buyers and sellers, the real estate agent has always been troubled and unable to set up a positive social image, which has a great relationship with the lack of self-discipline of the industry and other factors. But with the government to step up regulation of the industry, the future of the real estate industry is expected to take a healthy development path. Yan Yue, director of research at Yi Ju think-tank, is now regulating the practice, but there is widespread public concern that once investigations become lenient, the violation will return.
